Calibration Units

Hello,

ich try to calibrate with the buil-in Mirco and with an i436.
It's works fine (I can use an B&K 4231 Calibrator), but I don't know what Pa(Pascal)/FS is.

Is there anyone how can explaine me what unit is FS?
