Unable to access Signal Scope Pro data files

Unable to access Signal Scope Pro data files: my browser (IE10) says "This page can't be displayed" when I type in any of the three http addresses provided in Signal Scope Pro File Server. The "Run File Server" switch is in the on position. The iPod Touch on which I am running Signal Scope Pro shows connectivity to my router. IE10 is working for all websites that I have been accessing, but not for the three http addresses provided in Signal Scope Pro File Server. I have (unsuccessfully) attempted access with and without the Signal Scope Pro application active (not while collecting data however). Any suggestions?
