Signal Selection

Each tool within SignalScope has its own toolbar, which appears at the top of the tool's visible area within the app. For tools that acquire live signals for analysis or data acquisition, a channel selection button appears on the left side of the tool's toolbar. Tap the button to bring up a Channel Selection menu. SignalScope supports the selection of input and/or output channels for analysis or data acquisition. Support for output channel selection means that Signal Generator output can be analyzed or recorded directly (SignalScope cannot directly analyze the output of other audio apps).

Some tools, such as the Oscilloscope or the FFT Analyzer, allow for multiple channels to be selected for analysis.

Dual-channel analysis tools, such as the Dual FFT Analyzer or the XY Scope, have two channel selection menus--one for each analysis channel.
